One of the Hindu God; Ganesh is being immersed in water.
In this video, Pratab a Hindu brother
from Hyderabad, Deccan, India talks about his religious and spiritual
experience after he embraced Islam in his early age of nineteen.
Pratab mentions that his parents are
still Hindus and worshipped idols. He noted that the Hindus generally
believe that Shiva is the lord of the lords.
Who is the God of all Hindu gods?
The philosophical and intellectual
question that always bothered Pratab was: who is the final and last lord
over all? However, he did not find the answer in Hinduism. Therefore,
he tried to find it in Islam and finally he found it in Islamic
theology.
Another philosophical question that
always bothered him and he found its answer in Islam was: what is the
purpose of life? Why are we here? Where are we going?
What is the purpose of human life?
Everyone comes here, lives and after
that dies and departs from this world leaving behind the dears and
nears. Is it the whole story; life and then the death? Pratab found
satisfactory answerers in Islam for those objective and philosophical
questions. Therefore, he embraced is Islam; the complete system of life
that explains everything including the way of purification after
relieving nature or urinating.
May Allah help him and strengthen his faith and enlighten his way in this world and hereafter.
