The social and religious tradition is 
responsible for those innocent and helpless girls’ death, as this 
tradition forbids menstruating women from consuming nutritious foods, 
such as milk and meat, or taking a bath. Everything a woman on her 
period touches—be it a person, a tree or a type of food—is thought to be
 spoiled.</h4>
<h2 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="color: #783f04;"><b>Everything Touched by a Hindu Menstruating Female is Impure </b></span></h2>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
During their stay in the family’s 
makeshift hut or cattle shed, the menstruating woman must survive on a 
diet of dry foods, salt and rice. They do not attend school and are 
forbidden to interact physically with others.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
An authentic report says that as many as 95 percent of girls and women in Nepal’s western regions practice Chhaupadi.<sup>(1)</sup></h4>
<h2 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="color: #351c75;"><b>Hindu Scriptures and Menstruating Girl</b></span></h2>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
In Hinduism, a menstruating woman is 
traditionally considered impure. During menstruation, a woman is not 
allowed to enter the kitchen and temples, sleep in the day-time, bathe, 
wear flowers, have sex, touch other males or females, or talk loudly. 
She may not mount a horse, ox, or elephant, nor may she drive a vehicle.
 Women themselves are seen as impure and polluted, and are often 
isolated as untouchables, unable to return to their family, for the 
length of their period.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Vāsiṣṭha Dharmasūtra says in this context:</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
(5) A woman in her courses is impure during three days and nights.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
(6) During her period, she shall not 
apply collyrium (lotion or liquid) to her eyes, nor anoint (oil) her 
body, nor bathe in water; she shall sleep on the ground; she shall not 
sleep in the day-time, nor touch the fire, nor make a rope, nor clean 
her teeth, nor eat meat, nor look at the planets, nor drink out of a 
large vessel, or out of joined hands, or out of a copper vessel.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
(9) Those Brahmanas in whose houses 
menstruating women sit, those who keep no sacred fire, and those in 
whose family there is no Srotiya (A learned and observant Brahmin)– all 
these are equal to Shudras.<sup>(2) </sup></h4>
<h2 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="color: #274e13;"><b>Islamic Ruling on Menstruation</b></span></h2>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
After the rulings on Hindu menstruating 
female have been elucidated, and the saddening situation of a girl in 
Hindu society has been explained, now we would like to summarize the 
Islamic rulings on menstruating girls.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
In Islam, a menstruating female can 
cook, drive, read, write, and meet the people. There are only few 
particular worships and ritual activities that are not allowed for her 
during the period, due to her weakness and hormonal changes during that 
time. In addition, according to Islamic Jurisprudence, even a husband is
 allowed to sleep with his menstruating wife, kiss her and hug her, and 
the husband can exercise all types of natural and permissible sexual 
activities with her if she agrees except vaginal and anal sex.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
In addition, in Islam a menstruating 
woman is allowed to exercise all works including remembrance of Allah, 
recitation of supplications.</h4>

Fourteen hundred years ago Islam gave woman rights; rights that could not have been imagined by European counterparts.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
It’s the words that have been spoken repeatedly, especially in the last two or three decades by Muslim converts, and Islamic writers, academics and educators across the globe.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Women’s rights, responsibilities, and 
choices have been the subject of books, articles, essays, and lectures. 
Sadly however, convincing the world that Muslim women are not oppressed 
by Islam is a message that is just not getting through.  Media headlines
 scream oppression and the words Muslim, women, and oppression seem to have become inextricably linked.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
No matter what Muslim women do or say to try to convince the world otherwise, words like <i>hijab</i> (veil), <i>burqa</i>, polygamy, and Shari`ah (Islamic Law)
 seem to do little but convince people that Islam oppresses women. Even 
educated, articulate women fulfilling the modest conditions of hijab can
 do little to dispel the myths.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Women who conduct themselves with 
decorum and grace and function effortlessly in the modern world have 
their achievements and successes celebrated. However, if a woman wears a
 scarf that covers her hair or puts her religion above worldly pursuits 
she is immediately labeled oppressed.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
One wonders if this is the case for women of other religious persuasions. Are modest religious women of all faiths labeled oppressed? Alternatively, is it just Islam?</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
The most visible sign of a Muslim woman’s faith is
 the headscarf or hijab; it is also the garment that leads people to 
believe that Islam oppresses women. Although Islamic scholars 
unanimously agree that modest dress and head coverings are obligatory in
 Islam, for the majority of Muslim women around the world, to cover, or 
not to cover, is a freely made choice.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
The women who chose to wear hijab view 
it as a right, not a burden and many describe wearing hijab as 
liberation from the need to conform to unrealistic stereotypes and 
images dictated by the media.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
What exactly do Muslim women say about 
themselves in relation to the issue of oppression? In 2005, a World 
Gallup Organization Poll, entitled ‘What women Want’:</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
‘Listening to the voices of Muslim 
woman, revealed that the majority of women polled, in predominantly 
Muslim countries resented lack of unity among Muslim nations, violent 
extremism, and political and economic corruption. The headscarf or 
hijab, or any garment covering the face and body, often depicted as a 
tool of oppression was not even mentioned.’</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
The report concluded that ’…most women 
in the Muslim world are well aware that they have the same capabilities 
and deserve the same fundamental rights as men.  Majorities of females 
in each of the eight countries surveyed said they believe women are able
 to make their own voting decisions, to work at any job for which they 
are qualified, and even to serve in the highest levels of government.’</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Islam raised the level of women,
 they were no longer chattels being passed from father to husband. They 
became equal to men, with rights and responsibilities that take into 
account the nature of humankind. Unfortunately across the globe, Muslim 
women are victims of cultural aberrations that have no place in Islam. 
Powerful individuals and groups claim to be Muslim yet fail to practice 
the true principles of Islam.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Whenever the media reveals 
unconscionable stories about honour killings, genital mutilation, forced
 marriage, the punishment of rape victims, women being confined to their
 homes or women being denied education they are revealing a tale of men 
and women who are ignorant about the status of women in Islam.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<b>O you who believe!  You are forbidden
 to inherit women against their will, and you should not treat them with
 harshness, that you may take away part of the bridal money you have 
given them. And live with them honourably.  If you dislike them, it may 
be that you dislike a thing and God brings a great deal of good through 
it.</b> (<a href="http://www.learning-quran.com/category/quran-translations/en-translation/mishari-bin-rashid/" rel="noopener" target="_blank">An-Nisaa’</a><b> </b>4:19)</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
The religion of Islam
 demands that women be treated with respect, honour, and justice. It 
condemns oppression of any kind. In Islam women, like men, are commanded
 to believe in Allah and to worship Him. Women are equal to men in terms of reward in the Hereafter.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<b>And whoever does righteous good 
deeds, male or female, and is a true believer in the Oneness of God, 
such will enter paradise; and not the least injustice, even to the size 
of a speck on the back of a date stone, will be done to them.</b> (<a href="http://www.learning-quran.com/category/quran-translations/en-translation/mishari-bin-rashid/" rel="noopener" target="_blank">An-Nisaa’ </a>4:124)</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Women in Islam have the right to own 
property, to control their own money to buy and sell, and to give gifts 
and charity. It is not permissible for anyone to take a woman’s wealth 
without her consent. Islam gave women formal rights of inheritance.  
Women in Islam have the right to an education; seeking and acquiring 
knowledge is an obligation on all Muslims, male or female.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Muslim women have the right to accept or
 refuse marriage proposals as they see fit, and married women are 
completely free from the obligation of supporting and maintaining the 
family. Working married women are free to contribute to the household 
expenses, or not, as they see fit. Women have the right to seek divorce 
if it becomes necessary.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
The Prophet Muhammad
 (peace be upon him) said: “A matron should not be given in marriage 
except after consulting her; and a virgin should not be given in 
marriage except after her permission.” The people asked: “O Messenger of Allah!  How can we know her permission?” He said: “Her silence (indicates her permission).” (Al-Bukhari)</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
A woman was given by her father in marriage when she was a matron and she disliked that marriage. So she went to the Messenger of Allah and he declared that marriage invalid. (Al-Bukhari)</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
The religion of Islam declares that 
women are worthy human beings deserving of respect, and the right to be 
free from oppression. Women have the right to a decent life, without 
facing aggression or abuse of any kind. They have the right to pursue a 
life that is pleasing to them within Islamic boundaries.
 Nobody has the right to force women to be less then they want to be. 
The true teachings of Islam, declare that women should be held in a 
position of high regard.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Sadly, it is true that some Muslim women
 are oppressed, but across the globe, some women are treated badly by 
some men, of all religious persuasions and ethnicities.  It is possible 
to say that such and such a government oppresses women, or that Muslim 
men in such and such a country think it is acceptable to beat women, 
however,  it is not correct to say that Islam oppresses women.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
If women were given their due rights, as set out in the religion of Islam, the global oppression of women could be trampled into oblivion.</h4>

The Prophet Muhammad (peace
 be upon him)said: “None but a noble man treats women in an honourable 
manner. And none but an ignoble treats women disgracefully.”

Today, people allege that Islam has done so and so with women. Islam has done such and such with women. Islam has placed restrictions on women.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Do you know what Islam has granted women? How lofty position was bestowed upon women
 by Islam? Think wherever Lady Hajar, (wife of Ibrahim) ran between 
Safaa and Marwah and wherever she passed by and wherever she walked 
slowly, her walk became obligatory to be imitated in the Hajj as it became a part of worship in Islam to walk fast wherever she walked fast.</h4>

<span style="color: teal;"><b>Haji’s Commemoration in Hajj </b></span></h2>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Allah the Almighty has commanded that the worship of Hajj
 would not be accepted unless her style of walk and her way of running 
is imitated. And this is a followed tradition in Hajj until the Day of 
Judgment. Her footsteps became a part of worship in Islam. The footstep 
of a woman became an important part of worship to Allah the Almighty.</h4>

Is there for a woman any position higher than this? Which religion can give a woman such a sublime position?</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
My brothers! The footstep of a woman became the part of worship to 
Allah the Almighty in Islam. A man has been commanded to imitate a woman
 when she ran fast.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
In fact, Islam cannot not be compared with any religion in the world.
 No religion in the world has given a woman as high and honorable 
position as was granted by Islam. Can you give her that position? 
Freedom! Freedom! What freedom? Oh, that freedom! Let me explain.<b> </b></h4>
<h2 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="color: teal;"><b>Advice of Wolves to the Goats</b></span></h2>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Once, a wolf went to the herd of the goats and advised them saying: 
Your owner always oppresses you and keeps you tied, so cry and protest 
against him and try to get your freedom. Go to the forest, where you 
will find greenery everywhere; the atmosphere would be nice and fine. 
You can walk and jump freely. Whilst, here you are in prison, you have 
to eat every day the same kind of fodder; even sometimes, you could not 
find anything to eat. Quite the opposite, if you go to the forest, you 
can run, jump and walk. The goats believed the wolf, and began 
protesting against the owner and began crying: <i>Bein, Bein, Bein, </i>and
 then the owner asked: O goats! What is wrong with you? And the goats 
began coming out of their logs. Let us walk freely, give our freedom; we
 do not like a life of slavery. The goats were already brainwashed by 
the wolf. There was an old and weak goat which tried to advise them and 
told them: “In fact, the wolves are your enemies. Do not believe them. 
Be happy with your little fodder here. You are safe and secure here. But
 if you walk freely in the forest, you will not be safe and secure.”</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
The goats started opposing: O mother! You became an old and you are 
old-fashioned! You have already lived your life. But we are still 
youthful, and we have a long life ahead to live and enjoy. We want only 
our freedom, and we do not like your advice at all.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
The goats protested against their owner until the owner became angry,
 and made them free from their logs and said: if you want your freedom 
then, go and be free, no one will stop you, moreover, you did not like 
the sincere advice of the goat. As soon as the owner set the goats free,
 they became extremely happy and celebrated their freedom and entered 
the forest running and jumping.  One day passed, and two days passed 
easily, but on the third day, they entered even more dangerous forest 
were the ferocious wolves were sitting and waiting for them eagerly. 
 Suddenly, the wolves came out of the bushes and caught the goats and 
tore them and ate them. However, the old goat remained safe with its 
owner, but all other goats were tore and eaten.</h4>

<span style="color: teal;"><b>Human-Wolf and the Freedom of Woman</b></span></h2>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
My mothers and my sisters! Those who are shouting for the freedom of woman,
 and who are calling out for the freedom of woman here and there are in 
fact, wolves. Those are wolves who are not thinking about your freedom, 
instead, their intention is only to get a hold on your body. And they 
cannot achieve it but through the dream of your freedom.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Otherwise, show me any place in the world where you are safe and 
protected. If you enter the field of cinema, the director plays with 
your body. If you work as someone’s personal secretary, he exploits you 
and your body. Show me any place in the world where you are not 
exploited and you are not molested.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
Those who are shouting for the freedom of woman are the wolves who 
hide within them a fraudulent devil, who intend to exploit your body 
under the name of freedom and they are successful in their goals.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
My sisters! Try to realize that those people who are shouting for 
your freedom never intend your freedom in reality. Therefore, seek the 
freedom that has been granted on you by Islam. And that is enough for 
you. Thus, you are secured and you are tranquil.</h4>

The Hindu religion
 has been characterized by caste system since the ancient times. 
Manusmriti or the Laws of Manu included some rules and principles that 
establish this system. The effects of caste system are still pervasive 
in Indian society, especially among the Hindus. A lot of oppressions 
happen on the lower castes by the so-called upper castes in Indian 
society. Here we take a quick look at the caste system in Manusmirti

<b>What is Manusmriti?</b></h4>

Through Hindu
 point of view, Manusmriti is so valuable religious theology that has 
worldwide fame. Not only in India but abroad as well, decisions have 
been made and still are made according to its Laws. That is why the 
theology of Manusmriti has been considered an invaluable treasure. Its 
religious value comes just after the most recognized and practiced 
scriptures of India, Vedas. The four castes, four ashrams, sixteen 
additional state system of values and creation of the nature, King’s 
duty, rulings on different types of disputes, army management etc have 
been elucidated in Manusmriti. Religious suggestions and opinions based 
on Vedas regarding all those issues that may occur in the lives of human
 beings have been provided.<sup>(1)</sup></h4>

However, details concerning the life and
 the biography of Manu and the history of his mythology are not clear. 
But, all are unanimously agreed with one voice and accept that Manu was 
the earliest ancestor and his law is the ancient scripture. Alongside 
his complete authority, the true values of Manu id free from the 
limits of country, age and race.<sup>(2)</sup></h4>
<h4 style="text-align: right;">
</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;">
This scripture was compiled and written quite late, c. 200 CE in India.<sup>(3)</sup>
 Its opening verses narrate how the great sages approached Manu, the 
descendant of self-existent Brahman, and asked him to explain the sacred
 law. Manu agrees to their request, and gives them an account of the 
creation as well as of his own origin from Brahman. After mentioning 
that he learnt these Institutes of the Sacred Law from the creator who 
himself produced them, and that he taught them to the ten sages whom he 
created in the beginning.<sup>(4) </sup> Some Hindus have a delusion that caste is not promoted by any of their holy books. Is that really true?  Let us examine.</h4>

<b>Caste System in Manusmriti </b></h4>
<h4 style="text-align: right;">

<h4 style="text-align: justify;">
A Hindu scripture says: “By his very 
birth a Brahmin is a deity even for the gods and the only authority for 
people in this world, for the Veda is the foundation in this matter.” 
(Manusmriti 11:85)</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: right;">
</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;">
And Chandogya Upanishad says in this 
context: “People here whose behavior is pleasant can expect to enter a 
pleasant womb, like that of a woman of the Brahmin, the Kshatriya, or 
the Vaishyas caste. But people of foul behavior can expect to enter the 
unclean womb, like that of a dog, a pig, or an outcaste woman.” 
(Chandogya Upanishad 5:10:7)<br />
The Manusmriti or Laws of Manu says: “If a man of one birth (Shudra) 
pronounces cruel words at one of the twice-born, his tongue should be 
cut out, for he was born from the rear-end. If he mentions their name or
 caste maliciously, a red-hot iron nail ten fingers-long should be 
thrust into his mouth. If he is so proud as to instruct priests about 
their duty, the king should have hot oil poured into his mouth and 
ears.” (Manusmriti 8:270-272)</h4>

 of inferior caste tries to sit down on the same seat as a man of 
superior caste, he should be branded on the hip and banished, or have 
his buttocks cut off.” (Manusmriti 8:281)<br />
Also the Manusmriti says: “If in the process of negotiating betrothal 
(engagement) there are first ten suitors of the non-Brahmana caste for a
 woman (the marriageable girl), all of them lose their claims of 
marriage and only the Brahmin, the learned one, if he grasps her hand 
would be her husband and only he. Not even the man of Ksatriya caste and
 not even the man of Vaishyas caste but only the Brahmin is the husband 
of the bride in such cases of claimants of engagement, and the sun, as 
it appears, revealing this fact to the people of five classes (4 castes 
and the fifth caste) rises up.” (Atharva Veda 5:17:8-9)<br />
Furthermore, the Manusmriti says: “If someone born in a <i>Kshatriya</i>,
 Vaishyas, or Shudra womb should be unable to pay his fine, he may 
absolve himself of the debt by labor; a Brahmin should pay little by 
little. The king should have women, children, madmen and the old, the 
poor and the ill chastised with a whip, a bamboo cane, a rope and so 
forth.” (Manusmriti 9:229-230)<br />
The Manusmriti defines the duties and rights of every caste and says: 
“The Shudra’s duty and supreme good is nothing but obedience to famous 
Brahmin householders who know the Veda. If he is unpolluted, obedient to
 his superiors, gentle in his speech, without a sense of ‘I’ and always 
dependent on the Brahmins and the other (twice-born castes), he attains a
 superior birth (in the next life).” (Manusmriti 9:334-335)</h4>

<h4 style="text-align: justify;">
The Manusmriti exaggerates the status of
 Brahman and says:  “A Brahmin is a great deity whether or not he is 
learned, just as fire is a great deity whether or not it is brought to 
the altar. The purifying fire with its brilliant energy is not defiled 
even in cremation grounds, and when oblations of butter are placed in it
 at sacrifices it grows even greater. Thus Brahmins should be revered in
 every way, even if they engage in all kinds of undesirable actions, for
 this is the supreme deity. If the Kshatriyas become overbearing towards
 the Brahmins in any way, the Brahmins themselves should subdue them, 
for the Kshatriyas were born from the Brahmins.” (Manusmriti 9:317-320)</h4>

The Manusmriti explains the nature of 
four castes and their creation: “His (Purusa’s or the Supreme 
Personality of Godhead) mouth became the Brahmin; his arms were made 
into the Kshatriya, his thighs the Vaishyas and from his feet the Shudra
 was born.” (Rig Veda 10:90:12)</h4>

It is noteworthy that Shudras in comparison are as low as feet and out-castes (Avarna) are even below that status of course.</h4>

<b>The Caste System Defies Islamic Faith</b></h4>

These inequitable principles were amongst the causes that lead people to desert Hinduism and embrace Islam, since they found in Islam a salvation from the burden of the caste system and its unbearable hardships as if Islam has represented for them a light after thousands of years of darkness, or a savior from drowning or a life after death.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: right;">
</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;">
Everyone can conclude through a hasty 
comparison between inhuman laws of Manu and between the Islamic 
principles of equality. Do you not see that the rich and the poor, the 
ruler and the ruled, the ignorant and the educated, all stand in the 
same row in the same mosque for prayer. There is no difference between the rich and the poor in front of Allah.
 How beautiful are the words of the great Muslim poet, `Allamah Iqbal 
(1877–1938) when he described this Islamic equality in his poems:</h4>

<h4 style="text-align: justify;">
<i>“(The king) Mahmud and (his servant) 
Ayaz stood in the same row (in prayer), hence no difference remained 
between the king and his servant. The slave and the owner, the needy and
 the rich became similar; when they came to Your Blessed Court (O 
Allah!) they all became one and same.”</i></h4>

<h4 style="text-align: justify;">
How can human mind even imagine the 
unfair Laws of Manu as the revealed Message of Ishvar!  The divine 
message and the divine religion always are based on the principle of 
equality.  When the sun shines it does not discriminate in the 
distribution of rays and heat and lights, and when the rain comes down 
it does not discriminate in the distribution of its pure water. 
Likewise, when the moon rises it does not discriminate in the 
distribution of its light. All these favors are from Allah the Almighty 
and by His permission, and such is the nature of the true divine revelation
 with its principles and rules, they never could be based on racial 
segregation or ethnic discrimination. And this confirms that the 
scriptures that differentiate between people on the basis of race, color
 or birth can not be divine teaching.</h4>

On the contrary, in Islam there is no such merit for a certain race, Allah (Glory be to Him) says:</h4>

<b>O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another.</b> <b>Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you.</b> (<a href="http://islam2hinduism.blogspot.com.eg/search/label/Qur%E2%80%99an" target="_blank">Al-Hujurat</a> 49:13)</h4>

<h4 style="text-align: justify;">
This blessed verse of the Glorious <a href="http://islam2hinduism.blogspot.com.eg/search/label/Qur%E2%80%99an" target="_blank" title="What is the Qur’an?">Qur’an</a>
 refutes the Hindu caste system because this verse makes the basis of 
virtue and honor the quality of piety, righteousness and pure faith, not country, color or race as was mentioned in the Laws of Manu.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: right;">
</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;">
On the other hand, this blessed verse 
eradicates the doctrine of some Hindu scriptures that stated that 
Brahmin caste was created from the mouth of Brahma and Kshatriya from 
his arms and Vaishyas from his thighs and Shudra from his feet.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: right;">
</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;">
The blessed verse has stated clearly 
that people were created from single male and female, i.e. Adam and Eve,
 not from the body of Brahma who is regarded as Hindu god.</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: right;">
</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;">
This verse has a miraculous nature that refutes the concept of creation and the caste system of Hinduism
 in a clear and patent manner fourteen centuries ago. We should bear in 
our mind that the doctrine of the Hindu caste system and the creation of
 people from the body of Brahma may not have been so famous at that time
 in the Arabian Peninsula as it is in our modern time. It denotes the 
genuineness of the Prophet Muhammad
 (peace be upon him) who was unlettered and never came to India and who 
was even unable to read any book of Hindu faith. Indeed, the Glorious <a href="http://islam2hinduism.blogspot.com.eg/search/label/Qur%E2%80%99an" target="_blank" title="The Glorious Qur’an">Qur’an</a> is a true revelation from Allah the Almighty Who is All-Knowing and All Seeing.</h4>

<h4 style="text-align: justify;">
Furthermore, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said:</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: right;">
</h4>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;">
“O people, your Lord is one; there is no
 merit for an Arab over a non-Arab, nor is there merit for a non-Arab 
over an Arab; and there is no merit for a white person over a black 
person, nor for a black person over a white person; except by measure of
 [piety and good actions]. Indeed, the most noble among you in the Sight
 of Allah are the most god-fearing.” (Ahmad)</h4>

<h4 style="text-align: justify;">
I conclude that if Manusmriti was a 
revealed book or was compiled by an impartial and fair person, it has 
never been included such cruel principles. So it may have been compiled 
by an intolerant colonist Aryan who invaded India in ancient times<sup>(5)</sup> and constituted such rules against the original inhabitants of India in order to suppress them.</h4>

">(अल-Hujurat 49:13)</span><span title="This blessed verse of the Glorious Qur’an refutes the Hindu caste system because this verse makes the basis of virtue and honor the quality of piety, righteousness and pure faith, not country, color or race as was mentioned in the Laws of Manu.
